The Richmond School District has 10 secondary schools (grades 8 to 12) for students to choose from. All offer academic courses required for graduation in British Columbia, such as Social Science, Math, English and Science.


This strong academic foundation is coupled with a range of elective and specialty programs that include middle and senior years International Baccalaureate (IB), Advanced Placement (AP), International Languages, Music, Visual Arts and Theatre. Students can also access PC and MAC computer and science labs, gymnasiums, outdoor athletic fields, music rooms, visual arts studios and libraries.

School Sports
Sports are available at all schools and are open to international students. Most sports require a try-out to make teams, and are offered at specific times of year. Sports are offered based on student interest and teacher availability and may not be available each year.
