10 Month Academic Program (Full Year 2024-2025)
- Full year tuition with medical insurance, homestay and custodianship: $30,600.00
- Full year tuition with medical insurance and homestay (no custodianship): $30,300.00
- Full year tuition with medical insurance (no homestay or custodianship): $17,800.00
5 Month Academic Program (One semester for the 2024-2025 academic year)
- Semester tuition with medical insurance, homestay and custodianship: $15,925.00
- Semester tuition with medical insurance and homestay (no custodianship): $15,625.00
- Semester tuition with medical insurance (no homestay or custodianship): $9,125.00
Short Term School Experience Program (2023-2024)
(1-to-4-month programs) Program available mid-September to June each year
- Application fee: $100
- Application for homestay and custodianship: $300
- English Language Learning Assessment: $100
Total application fees with homestay and custodianship: $500
- Monthly tuition fees: $2100.00
- Approximate monthly insurance fee: $60.00*
- Homestay/night: $40 ($1200/30 days)
Total approximate monthly fees with homestay: $3360.00*

*Prices are approximate. Insurance and homestay fees are determined by day and will vary.
- 3 week summer camp: $2595.00 per student
- 6 week summer camp: $5190.00 per student
- Unless otherwise stated, fees are inclusive of application fees, medical insurance and administration, ELL assessments and documentation fees.
- All program fees are listed in Canadian Dollars.
- All program fees are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the Board of Education No. 38 (Richmond).
Program fees can be paid by Flywire or certified cheque, bank draft or money order made payable to the Richmond School Board. Full program fee payment is due upon receipt of the student’s letter of confirmed acceptance.
The refund policy and refund request procedure are in effect from the moment a student has paid tuition fee to Richmond International Education (RIE) Program until the student officially withdraws from our program. If there is any conflict between these procedures and the terms of your Agreement with the Board, the terms of the Agreement will govern.
