1) Travel Form

Requested for any trip outside of Metro Vancouver and for overnight stays. Must be submitted one week in advance of travel. Late travel forms will unfortunately not be considered. 

2. Online Course Form

Required for any student wishing to take an online course, both in and outside of the district. This should be completed by the school counsellor or International Coordinator and submitted to the RIE office prior to starting the course. 

3. Change of Information Form

Students/parents are required to complete this form after any changes in the student's living situation, such as a change of address, change in custodian, or of the Responsible Person.
